Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily order fulfillment and shipment coordination. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience, speaks Mandarin, and wants to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
Shipment & Fulfillment
- Prepare and track domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Handle order packaging and basic fulfillment tasks
- Monitor stock levels and assist with product transfers
Operations & Team Support
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing
- Provide updates on shipment and inventory status
- Support improvements in logistics workflows
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and physically able to handle daily tasks
- Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
