The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing and shingling to contribute to our projects. *Duties* - Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing materials - Work with hand tools to cut, shape, and fit materials - Perform heavy lifting as required during roofing projects - Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations *Experience* - Prior experience as a Shingler or in a similar maintenance person role - Proficiency in caulking and building materials - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights - Familiarity with using hand tools for roofing tasks - Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate installations
