Morning Shift - Monday to Friday
We are seeking a skilled General Labourer/Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong current background and proficient working with CNC machines. This role is essential for producing high-quality components while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The operator will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure that production goals are met efficiently.
Duties:
- Operate CNC lmachines (Hyundai Lathe/Victor Fortune mills/Dahli mill to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Work with plan schedules for the machine shop, assist in setup of machine with machinist
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance or repairs as requested by supervisor
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in materials handling, fabrication, and assembly line operations as needed.
Skills:
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and tolerances.
- Experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
