About the Role
The Roster Development Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and expanding ARS's national network of medical experts.
The Roster Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the growth and maintenance of ARS's national network of medical experts, ensuring accurate roster information and adequate assessor coverage across Canada.
The successful candidate will work closely with Management and operational teams to identify assessor coverage needs, recruit and onboard new experts, maintain roster information, and support strategic initiatives that enhance ARS's service delivery capabilities across Canada.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify assessor coverage gaps and roster development opportunities across Canada.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with medical experts and their office staff.
- Coordinate the collection and maintenance of assessor credentials, curriculum vitae, insurance documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain accurate roster information within company operating systems.
- Conduct regular roster reviews to ensure assessor information remains current and complete.
- Research medical specialties, geographic coverage needs, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational teams to address assessor coverage requirements.
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions through roster analysis and assessor sourcing.
- Assist with special projects related to roster development, assessor recruitment, and operational growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or post-secondary education.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance, rehabilitation, recruitment, roster management, or a related environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) industry.
- Experience with SABS, disability management, personal injury, or insurance claims.
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, medical offices, or healthcare administration.
- Experience using SmartSimple, ExpeFlow, or similar workflow systems.
- Experience supporting RFPs, recruitment initiatives, or vendor management programs.
