Operations Lead - Wells Fuel Inc - UFA Rycroft & Spirit River Locations.
Based in Rycroft, AB, Wells Fuel Inc (UFA Rycroft & Spirit River) is a retail and bulk fuel & lubricant business, supporting the Central Peace are for over 15 years. We are pleased to offer a position within our company as an Operations Lead. We are creating a new position, in order to align our business to build strength and prepare for future growth.
The position includes and is not limited to:
- Packaged Goods Inventory Management (Inbound, Onsite, and Outbound,)
- Fuel Inventory Management (Inbound, Onsite, Outbound,)
- Sales and Delivery of Packaged Goods (Onsite & Customer/Client Delivery,)
- Customer Sales & Service,
- Cardlock & Site Maintenance/Repairs/Housekeeping (Maintenance & Troubleshooting Ie: Washing Dispensers, Inspections, Physical Meter and Dip Reconciliation, Site Snow & Dirt Removal.)
On Call Weekend / Weekday Rotation as Required, Other Tasks as Required,
The position's compensation listed below:
- 8 Hours per Day / 40 Hours per Week with Overtime as Required after 8 Hours.

Requirements for Employment:
- Self-Motivated & Strong Attention to Detail.
- Computer Proficiency, Cash Handling, and Previous Customer Service Experience.
- Time Management & Customer Communication Skills.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
- Capable of lifting 25kg.
- Passing Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Screening
