We are currently hiring Event Staff / Brand Ambassadors to support The Jury Experience, an immersive live entertainment event in Montréal.

About The Jury Experience
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where guests become part of the story as members of the jury. The audience listens to testimonies, reviews evidence, follows the case, and participates by voting on key decisions throughout the experience.
Unlike a traditional performance, guests actively participate in the experience, making guest engagement and customer service an important part of the event team’s role.
Responsibilities
As an Event Staff member, you will help deliver a smooth and professional guest experience by:
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
- Checking tickets and supporting guest check-in
- Guiding guests to seating areas
- Providing venue information and answering guest questions
- Supporting guest flow before, during, and after the experience
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
- Supporting the Event Lead with onsite operations
- Representing One World Rental and the event experience professionally
What We're Looking For
- Available for the full shift on Saturday, July 18, 2026
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a live event environment
- Able to work as part of a team and follow event procedures
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, theatre, retail, customer service, or guest-facing roles is preferred but not required
Reliability is extremely important. Once scheduled, team members are expected to arrive on time and complete the full assignment.
Dress Code
- All-black attire
- Black polo or professional black top preferred
- Black pants (no rips or tears)
- Comfortable black shoes
- Clean, neat, and professional appearance
