We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to become the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in the success of our shop.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Prepare estimates and repair orders
- Communicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvals
- Schedule appointments and manage daily shop workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Order and source automotive parts
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Process invoices and warranty claims
- Assist with inventory, filing, and light administrative/bookkeeping tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
