Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Train and supervise new employees in restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in Asian food restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations is advantageous.
