Key Responsibilities:
- Use MiTek software to convert architectural and structural drawings into prefabricated wall panel designs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Support the production team by providing accurate and detailed design plans.
- Ensure all designs adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
- Contribute to optimizing workflows and improving design processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in design within the construction or prefabricated wall building industry (required)
- Skills: Proficient in MiTek software with a strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce accurate, high-quality design plans.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative work.
- Education: Post-secondary education in drafting, architecture, or a related field is an asset.
