The Role
Starting now (July–November): Full-time hours on our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing crews across Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville). No exterior cleaning experience needed — we’ll train you.
October–December: Lead our shrink wrap operation — boats, patio furniture, and residential wraps. Your process, your standards.
Winter off-season, then priority recall in spring for cleaning season and wrap removals.
What You Bring
- 1–2+ seasons of hands-on boat shrink wrap experience (required)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a service line
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with heights and outdoor work year-round
What You Get
- $24–$28/hr based on experience, paid bi-weekly
- Per-boat completion bonus during wrap season
- A longer season than any marina offers — steady work July through December, back on in spring
