SuperNurse is an NP-led overnight newborn nursing service supporting families across the Greater Toronto Area. We help exhausted new parents rest while a qualified professional cares for their baby overnight. We are growing our brand and looking for a creative, organized student to help us tell that story.
About the role
This is a part-time contract position, ideal for a student looking to build real marketing and content experience in the healthcare space. Our content is focused on prenatal and postpartum education for new and expecting parents. You will join us once a month for an in-person filming day in Toronto, then take that footage and turn it into a steady stream of content for the rest of the month. You bring the production, editing, and organization. Our clinical team provides the content direction and approves anything health-related, so you are never guessing on the medical side.
What you will do
- Attend one in-person filming day per month in Toronto to capture a batch of content with our team
- Edit and post 3 Instagram Reels per week focused on prenatal and postpartum content, cross-posted to TikTok
- Write captions and hashtags that match our brand voice
- Build out a brand kit for SuperNurse (colours, fonts, templates, highlight covers, post formats)
- Schedule posts and help respond to comments and DMs
- Bring fresh ideas for trends, hooks, and content series we can run
What we are looking for
- A student with a strong eye for short-form video and confident editing skills (CapCut, native Reels tools, or similar)
- Some design sense, comfortable putting together a simple brand kit in Canva or similar
- Genuine interest in health, parenting, nursing, or wellness content
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently between filming days
- Comfortable working from a content plan and turning approved points into engaging video
- Bonus: experience growing a social account, or a background in nursing, midwifery, health sciences, marketing, or media
