Experienced Cosmetic Injector (RN, NP, MD)

Bar Beauty Medical is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Injector to join our growing team on a part-time or full-time basis.
We are looking for a highly skilled aesthetic professional with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering natural-looking results, exceptional patient care, and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Ontario license as an RN, NP, or Physician (MD) in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injecting experience required
- Proven experience with Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, skin boosters, and PRP/PRF
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Experience working in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic is preferred
- Existing client base is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Administer cosmetic injectables such as Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, skin boosters, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and other aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments to develop customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Maintain strict sanitation, infection prevention, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and compliant treatment environment
- Maintain accurate charting, medical records, consent forms, and treatment documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Promote medical-grade skincare products and complementary treatments when appropriate
- Recommend treatments and retail products based on individual client needs while maintaining ethical and professional standards
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records
- Conduct skincare consultations and product demonstrations when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and an exceptional client experience
- Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content creation, and educational events when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with laser and energy-based devices is an asset
- Strong sales and client retention skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury medical spa environment
- Social media and content creation experience is an asset
