Working towards your Real estate licence or previous experience with Franchising would be great asset but not mandatory.
Our candidates must be proficient in Microsoft office, excel, and Word, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and must be able to multi-task.
Some responsibilities include:
Creating ads on Business Exchange web magazine, attend events such as Franchise shows and restaurant openings, prepare real estate related paperwork, update our Client list daily/weekly, follow up on all leads, research collect info and demographics for each business and complete a business summary for each location, act as a liaison between Franchise Head Office, vendor, buyer, and our Office
