Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping projects and daily maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in horticulture, irrigation, and construction, and the ability to supervise a team effectively. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality landscape environments that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance workers to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily landscaping activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing.
- Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform system upgrades or repairs as needed.
- Implement horticultural best practices to promote healthy plant growth and sustainable landscape management.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during operations.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper usage and timely repairs.
Experience
● experience using walk behind xmark mower, line trimmers and, Blowers.
● Must have a valid and in good standing G drivers license.
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
