Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and experience in food and beverage service. Previous experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Serve food items to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Operate POS systems, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any needs or concerns promptly
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies
- Basic understanding of the food industry operations and hospitality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $15.00-$28.15 per hour
