Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join us at our beautiful shop. The ideal candidate will possess warmth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. A passion for styling is a valuable asset.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-organized and appealing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, customer service, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, and working with the public.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support other staff members.
- A flexible schedule to provide holiday coverage outside of your typical schedule.
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
