About the Role
Bull Powertrain is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sudbury.
This is a fast-paced customer service and sales role focused on answering incoming customer inquiries by phone and email, preparing quotes, helping customers identify what they need, and supporting the sales/order process from first contact through follow-up.
This is a good opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and an interest in learning technical products, industrial parts, and the mining supply sector. Experience in mining, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial supply, or parts sales is an asset, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Help customers identify products, parts, services, pricing, and availability
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with internal team members to confirm pricing, lead times, inventory, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer notes, order details, and inquiry records
- Follow up with customers on open quotes and active requests
- Learn Bull Powertrain’s product lines, customers, and internal processes
- Support a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment while maintaining accuracy and customer service
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers in both English and French, by phone and email, is required
- Previous customer service, sales, counter sales, parts, or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills by phone and email
- Comfortable working with computers, email, order-entry systems, and spreadsheets
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests at once
- Willingness to learn technical products and ask good questions
- Experience in mining, industrial supply, heavy equipment, automotive, parts, or powertrain-related industries is an asset
- Spanish language skills are an asset
- Able to work well in a small team environment
