Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an exceptional experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and providing change.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitor customer consumption levels to promote responsible drinking practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with experience in cash handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry is beneficial.

Pay: $17.60-$55.00 per hour
