- Receive and review incoming job requests
- Process straightforward requests and pass along more complicated jobs to the project management team
- Produce translations in accordance with TRSB standards and client terminology and style preferences
- Depending on the required type of quality control, carefully review the translated text by comparing it to the source text to identify any syntax, spelling, grammar, punctuation, or typing errors
- Are currently studying translation or management in a Canadian study program and are required to complete an internship to graduate
- Wish to use your knowledge in a work environment and learn more under close supervision
- Are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Are naturally curious and like to perform research
- Wish to work in a fast-paced, high tech environment
- Love receiving feedback and always strive to improve
- Are familiar with translation tools like Trados, LogiTerm, and MultiTerm
- Are comfortable with tight deadlines
