Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency during each shift
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure facilities are well-equipped
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks promptly and effectively, supporting a clean environment for all occupants
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during shifts
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
