What you will do
As the Brand Team Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of your brand portfolio. You will own the end-to-end growth agenda—spanning strategy, innovation, and execution—while delivering meaningful business and consumer impact.
Key responsibilities
Drive brand growth and performance by owning financial delivery across Net Trade Sales, Gross Profit, Market Share, and other key metrics
Develop and lead the 3-year business strategy, translating insights into actionable plans and continuously optimizing in-market performance
Champion innovation and pipeline development, leading new product initiatives from concept through commercialisation
Shape the brand’s communication strategy, delivering integrated campaigns that create meaningful consumer connections
Own cross-functional execution, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to ensure strong demand planning and in-market excellence
Leverage consumer insights and analytics to identify opportunities, address unmet needs, and inform strategic direction
Lead retail and in-store strategy, ensuring strong collaboration with shopper and customer teams
Influence senior stakeholders through compelling business reviews and strategic recommendations
Build and develop high-performing teams, motivate employees, assist in goal setting, performance feedback and fostering an inclusive, engaged team environment
Ensure compliance and operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and governance
Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026.
What we are looking for
Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience is required. With a minimum 3 years of progressive marketing experience is preferred.
Desired:
Consumer Packaged Goods, seasonal product or over-the-counter product experience is preferred
Strong capability in brand strategy, innovation, and end-to-end commercial execution
Deep understanding of consumer insights, analytics, and market dynamics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Strong proficiency in project management and financial analysis, including P&L management and financial analysis
Creative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to market
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$108,700.00 - $158,700.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
