Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different work sites, supporting the overall operations of the company. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and organization
- Support team members with tasks such as moving supplies, tools, or debris
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times during work activities
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed (training provided)
- Help with setting up work areas for specific projects or tasks
- Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
