Summary
The Store Associate will be working at "The Store". "The Store" is our open to the public retail location where anyone can purchase our products. The Store Associate will provide exceptional customer service to customers and our Staff at our retail Store. This position supports the Store Manager and the Store Team with customer assistance and inventory management
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Fill customer orders by picking product from the freezer
- Process sales for customers
- Support other members of the Store Team
- Maintain and monitor product levels
- Ensure the Store is clean, safe and presentable
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Regular lifting and maneuvering of 20 to 30 pounds, including assisting customers with loading their cars
- Long periods of standing, walking and lifting
- Eager to learn the different products and promotions
- Other duties as required
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service or Food Industry is an asset
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a retail setting
- Friendly and customer focused demeanor
- Team player who embodies Our Cornerstone Value & Our Expectations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Commitment to learning new skills and knowledge

Pay: $21.00-$24.22 per hour
