LJ Patterson Sales & Service is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Heavy Duty Parts Advisor to join our growing team. If you have experience with heavy-duty equipment and tractors, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts for tractors and heavy-duty equipment
- Provide accurate parts recommendations and technical support
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of tractors and heavy-duty equipment (required)
- Previous parts or service experience in an agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
