We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with shipment updates and delivery information.
- Investigate shipment issues and work with internal departments to resolve them promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and identify effective solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, freight, courier, or e-commerce industry is considered a strong asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, Logistics, or a related field is considered an asset but is not required.
