Games Manager
The Table Games Dealer is primarily responsible for conducting the play of the table game in a professional manner in accordance with both Pure Canadian Gaming and AGLC policies and procedures.

Controls the play of the table game and bet settlement. Contacts the Dealer Supervisor to help resolve player disputes and game irregularities

Conduct the games in an efficient game pace

Ensures the security of the table game and its bankroll and concentrates on the table activities

Authorizes and verifies large cash and colour transactions

Maintains a high level of customer service and customer relations through friendly, courteous, entertaining, and knowledgeable conduct

Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisors and Managers

Minimum high school education
-
General understanding of overall casino operations
-
AGLC Registration
-
Demonstrated ability to be simultaneously friendly, courteous, and entertaining
-
Proven ability to be flexible and very adaptable to change
-
Excellent communicator – both written and verbal English

Solid customer service skills

Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Proven to be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities

Team player

Must be willing to work all shifts

Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time.

Consistent dealing of table games in a repetitive manner

Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
