Our Parts department is expanding and is in need of an experienced Automotive Parts Person!
Job Responsibilities
- Providing Wholesale, Retail, and Internal Customers with the correct parts to service their vehicles.
- maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging customers they come in contact with.
- Work with all internal departments, and wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
- Assist in keeping the department clean & orderly
- Receive and process incoming parts and correctly file in the assigned bin.
- Billing of parts to invoices and work orders while collecting payment as required
- Any other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager for the efficient operation of the dealership.
Job Requirements
As a Automotive Parts Person you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success.
- Must have a year of experience in Automotive Parts
- Must have computer proficiency ( CDK, MPI, Microcat is an asset)
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a driving record check and drug screen
