Sales Representative (Software Solutions)

Jegysoft helps organizations streamline operations through software solutions and technology services. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- Technology or software industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
Option A: Base + Commission
- Base salary: CAD $50,000–$70,000
- Commission: 5–10% of gross profit or recurring revenue
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): CAD $80,000–$120,000+
Option B: Commission-Heavy
- Lower base salary
- Higher commission rates
