Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. The Shuttle Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from specified locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and addressing any inquiries.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Other related duties as required.
