Position Overview
Inno Foods Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operational activities. The position will work across order management, inventory, production coordination, warehouse activities, and shipment execution, with a strong emphasis on logistics knowledge and supply-chain coordination.
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Production, Inventory, Warehouse, Accounting, QA/Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure customer purchase orders, production requirements, inventory movements, shipments, and delivery schedules are coordinated accurately and efficiently.
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, Import/Export, Freight Coordination, Inventory, or Order Management. Candidates with strong logistics experience may take on broader shipment, transportation, and supply-chain coordination responsibilities as part of the Operations Coordinator role.
Key Responsibilities - Operations Coordination
· Coordinate with Production to confirm inventory availability, production schedules, quantities, and cargo-ready dates.
· Monitor customer delivery requirements, ship windows, deadlines, and changes to purchase orders.
· Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment, and operational records in company systems and trackers.
· Coordinate internal inventory transfers between facilities and warehouses.
· Work closely with Logistics to ensure confirmed PO information and cargo-ready dates are handed off accurately and on time.
· Track outstanding action items and follow up with responsible departments to ensure deadlines are met.
· Support customer-specific operational requirements, documentation, promotional activities, returns, and claims as required.
· Identify and escalate inventory shortages, production delays, shipment risks, or customer delivery concerns.
· Coordinate domestic and international shipments based on confirmed customer and production requirements.
· Support freight bookings, transportation scheduling, pickup arrangements, and delivery timelines.
· Monitor shipment status and proactively identify and communicate potential delays or transportation risks.
· Coordinate shipping documentation, BOL requirements, and import/export or customs-related documentation as assigned.
· Work closely with Operations, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to ensure cargo-ready dates and shipment requirements are aligned.
· Support internal transfers and transportation between company facilities and warehouses.
· Follow up on shipment exceptions, delivery issues, freight claims, or documentation requirements.
Shared Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records in ERP/Odoo, Asana, Excel, customer portals, and other operational platforms.
· Coordinate effectively across multiple departments and maintain clear documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
· Monitor deadlines and proactively communicate risks before they affect customers, production, or delivery schedules.
· Support continuous improvement of operational and logistics processes.
· Provide cross-functional support across operations, shipment coordination, inventory, and supply-chain activities when required.
Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
· 1-3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, inventory coordination, order management, or a related role is preferred.
· Experience with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and transportation providers is preferred
· Previous hands-on Logistics experience is strongly preferred.
· Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments is considered a strong asset.
· Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, shipping schedules, BOLs, or transportation documentation is an asset.
· Experience in a manufacturing, food manufacturing, CPG, distribution, or retail supplier environment is preferred.
· Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
· Experience with ERP systems, Odoo, Asana, SPS Commerce, Infor Nexus, or similar systems is an asset.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively across departments, follow up proactively, and identify potential problems before they impact execution.
· Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding Korean is considered a strong asset.

Candidates with Logistics experience who understand shipment timing, freight coordination, cargo-ready dates, transportation requirements, shipping documentation, and delivery risks will be particularly valuable. The successful candidate should be willing to cross-train across operational and logistics-related functions to provide effective coverage and support as business needs change.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
