Overview

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demos and upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage account information and maintain organized records of customer interactions
- Support inside sales efforts through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, inside or outside sales preferred
- Familiarity with high-end sales environments or product demos is advantageous
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to upsell effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and account management software
- Multilingual abilities in English and other languages are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and customer service tasks

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
