Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Service Representative / Receptionist is critical in ensuring smooth operations, guest safety, and a positive experience for children and parents alike. This position requires an enthusiastic and professional individual who enjoys working with people in a lively, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting in various areas of the park, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The hired person will be working under team leader / supervisor to complete assigned tasks and may take on a leadership role in specific areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Care / Guest Service
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide information about park activities, pricing, safety rules, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in person, and over the phone.
- Process admissions, memberships, bookings, and payments accurately.
- Ensure all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
2) Reception / Front Desk Duties
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations or party bookings.
- Monitor guest flow and capacity to ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as directed by management.
3) Party Host / Event Support
- Lead and coordinate birthday parties and group events, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.
- Greet party families, guide them through their event schedule, and assist with set-up and clean-up.
- Serve food, drinks, and cake while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Organize and lead games, activities, and entertainment for children.
- Ensure the party runs smoothly and guests feel well taken care of.
4) General Responsibilities
- Enforce safety policies and play area rules at all times.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitization, and organization of play zones, party rooms, and common areas.
- Support team members across different areas of the facility when needed.
- Report incidents, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management promptly.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being proactive, reliable, and cooperative.
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
