Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing Administration:
Market Available Units
· Post ads on Facebook Marketplace and local community groups (e.g. Estevan, North Battleford)
Handle Inquiries & Showings
· Respond to leads same-day with professionalism and a link to our showing form
· Schedule showings promptly via Monday.com and update lead statuses (e.g. Scheduled, Made Contact, Lost Lead)
Process Applications & Leases
· Send application links and review submissions within one business day
· Verify applicant info, check income thresholds, and follow up for missing items
· Track deposits, generate lease agreements, and coordinate move-in logistics with site managers
Facilitate Lease Renewals
· Monitor and respond to lease renewal notifications
· Generate and dispatch updated lease agreements
2. Collections Administration
· Manages the full landlord–tenant enforcement process.
· Preparing RTDRS/ORT applications, serving documents, attending hearings, coordinating bailiff and court filings, advising staff on procedures, responding to case inquiries, and overseeing the transition of terminated tenant accounts to collections.
What You Bring
· Strong written communication and professionalism
· Comfort with CRM tools like Monday.com and Rent Manager (or the drive to learn them fast)
· A proactive mindset with same-day turnaround on tasks
· Ability to track multiple leads and deadlines without dropping the ball

Requirements:
· Proven experience in property or residential management (condo or multifamily) or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pursue relevant training.
· Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
· Proficiency with property management software and digital tools
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
