Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator – Precast Concrete Plant
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator to join our . This position involves welding, form setup, reinforcing steel assembly, and general production duties.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare concrete forms for production
- Prep and assemble install reinforcing steel (rebar)
- Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks
- Read and follow shop drawings and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Entry level experience with welding, fabrication, or construction is an asset
