Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Performance Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. This role is vital in ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for training and development to foster continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine compliance and performance audits across Production, QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments.
- Verify that supervisors complete assigned responsibilities and comply with company standards.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
- Track departmental KPIs and identify performance or compliance gaps.
- Follow up on corrective actions and verify timely completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly compliance and performance reports for management.
- Review operational records and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance, accountability, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, compliance, quality, or auditing.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food manufacturing practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
