Job Overview - Father Nature
Father Nature is currently interviewing candidates for our landscape crew. We are a growing company looking for individuals that will grow with us and who are open minded and respectful of clients, management and fellow crew members.
Successful applicant will possess the following:
- Education in landscape design + construction, horticulture, agriculture is in asset.
- Knowledge of hardscape products and proper installation procedures is an asset.
- Job history demonstrating reliability, references will be required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude; ability to work under pressure and in fast paced work environments in a variety of conditions (seasonal changes).
- Ability to lift heavy loads, complete repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Clean driving record.
Daily tasks may include:
- Keeping work truck, trailer and site clean to ensure safe and hazard free work spaces.
- Weeding, pruning, fertilizing of gardens.
- Landscape installation.
- Diagnosis of plant health issues.
- Equipment maintenance.
