Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in equipment repair, pool maintenance, and cleaning. This role involves servicing hot tubs and spas, ensuring they are functioning optimally for our clients. Duties
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and spas to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough maintenance tasks including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each unit.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Previous experience as a service technician is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance practices including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
