We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Supervisor to join our growing team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting management initiatives, and ensuring exceptional patient care and team performance across both clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all dental administrative functions and front-office operations.
- Accounts Receivable (A/R) and ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding balances.
- Coordinate dental insurance claims, predeterminations, and patient insurance inquiries.
- Support management with operational planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively between our Sage Hill and Tsuut'ina locations to ensure consistency in operations and patient experience.
- Manage provider and staff schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Lead team development, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff coaching.
- Support and assist the Call Centre team with workflow management, scheduling, and patient communications.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help drive practice growth and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous dental administration and supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, claims management, and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience managing schedules and coordinating multi-provider practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Open Dental software is an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
