Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales preferred.
- Background in business development, account management, or marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Responsibilties:
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and marketing tactics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
