is hiring an Experiential Project Coordinator / Producer to help manage custom exhibit projects, sponsor activations, trade show programs, and branded environments from concept through execution.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from design through installation
- Manage schedules, vendors, approvals, and production timelines
- Work directly with clients, venues, and suppliers
- Assist with estimating, logistics, and onsite coordination
- Organize graphics, shipping, and production deliverables
- Support onsite event execution and troubleshooting
Ideal Experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, or production
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
