Are you a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Superintendent, or Industrial Leader looking to take ownership of a large-scale manufacturing operation
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at a major cement manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for production performance, workforce leadership, operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production operations across the cement manufacturing facility
- Manage and develop production supervisors and unionized production teams
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and manufacturing performance
- Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and production targets are achieved
- Oversee quarry operations, kiln systems, pyro-processing, and control room coordination
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, efficiency, and cost control
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quarry, Technical Services, and Plant Leadership teams
- Utilize SAP and other operational systems to support planning, reporting, and performance management
- Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Production Management, or Manufacturing Leadership experience
- Experience leading large teams within heavy industrial manufacturing environments
- Strong background managing unionized workforces
- Proven experience driving production performance, operational efficiency, and workforce development
- Experience with continuous-process manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience within cement, mining, aggregates, quarrying, steel, pulp & paper, chemicals, or other heavy industrial sectors considered a strong asset
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
- Experience utilizing SAP, KPI reporting, and production management systems
