On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Specialist for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg office.
Change Management Specialist - Job Description:
The Project aims to enhance healthcare delivery through information and communication technology. The project focuses on streamlining processes across the provincial health sector to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Change Management Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational change management activities for IT solutions
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Identify key risks and develop change management plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership on communication strategies
- Develop training materials and curriculum for workflow changes
- Support Altera Sunrise implementations in clinical environments
Change Management Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- 10 years' experience in organizational change management for IT solutions
- 5 years' experience with senior leadership in communication strategies
- 2 years' experience with standardized clinical plan implementation
- 5 years' experience in training material development for large organizations
- 2 years' experience with Altera Sunrise implementations
Change Management Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in accessible change management practices
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
