Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead our catering operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all event bookings are handled in a timely manner
- Invoicing clients using Quickbooks
- Coordinate with clients to plan menus, event details, and special requests
- Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of our private room (Fuse)
- Communication with clients regarding their events via email, phone, in person visits
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, food service, or hospitality
- valid canadian drivers license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food industry trends and restaurant management best practices
- Previous experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is advantageous

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
