- We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to lead Tableau to Power BI migration initiatives.
- The role requires a hands-on BA PM professional who can drive end-to-end delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality migration of reports and dashboards.
- .Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning, tracking, governance)Manage Tableau to Power BI migration (reports, datasets, dashboards) Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT coordination.
- Work closely with business, tech, and data teams Ensure timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder sign-off .
- &nb sp;Required Skills Strong experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, reporting)Good understanding of Tableau (existing report analysis).
- Experience in migration or BI transformation projects Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience in Agile project management tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management communication.
- Ability to drive delivery under tight timelines .
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset Preferred BFSI enterprise project.
