Your Responsibilities
- You'll manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business advertisers, helping them strengthen their social media advertising strategies and achieve their business goals.
- You'll proactively engage business owners through high-volume outbound and inbound outreach, building trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to grow their advertising investment.
- You'll recommend tailored digital marketing solutions that improve campaign performance, increase platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- You'll analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot advertising challenges, and provide strategic recommendations that help clients succeed.
- You'll identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- You'll stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to your clients and contribute ideas that improve internal processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls and building relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, or online advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to recommend solutions based on business needs.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems while managing client conversations.
- Experience supporting North American customers is considered an asset.
