About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Appointment Booker to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective clients, schedule appointments for our sales team, and help keep our calendar full.

Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure schedules are organized and up to date.
- Meet daily and weekly booking goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, or administrative support is an asset but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
