GMP OPERATOR (STERILE)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in routine and project related room cleaning wearing proper PPE
- Participate in general maintenance of the GMP
- Perform Inspection of the filled product
- Perform Labeling and Packaging activities
- Participate in production non-sterile liquid/semi-solid activities, when required.
- Wash and autoclave equipment and glassware used in GMP production activities
- Sanitize and maintain sterile suites and support areas
- Operate all machinery and equipment involved in the non-sterile/low bioburden activities including small and large scale for specific projects.
- Complete non-sterile & low bioburden processes in accordance with current SOPs, worksheets and governing batch records
- Complete documents in accordance with GMP regulations paying special attention to calculations and reconciliation
- Maintain logbooks documenting sanitization, equipment maintenance and calibration in accordance with GMP regulations
- Dispose of waste products in accordance with current SOPs and batch records
- Primarily Day (1st) Shift and occasional weekend work required
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma and above
- Basic Microbiology knowledge
- Knowledge of GMP regulations
- Preferred working experience in a GMP manufacturing environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Experience:
- working in a GMP manufacturing environment: 2 years (preferred)
- Basic Microbiology : 1 year (preferred)
- GMP regulations: 2 years (preferred)
