Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting a variety of beverages and cocktails. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety protocols.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
