Position Overview
The Regional Broker Engagement Specialist serves as a key relationship lead between CREA and the brokerage community. Based in the greater Toronto area, the incumbent is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with broker owners, managers, team leaders, and agents, helping to strengthen awareness, engagement, and adoption of CREA and REALTOR.ca products, services, and strategic initiatives.
Through in-person visits, virtual engagement, presentations, training sessions, and industry events, the incumbent acts as a trusted ambassador for CREA, helping members better understand and maximize the value of their membership.
As part of CREA's broader Member Success and Growth strategy, the Regional Broker Engagement Specialist plays an important role in increasing member engagement, strengthening relationships across the REALTOR® community, and ensuring CREA remains connected to the evolving needs of its members.
The position is based in Toronto and requires regular travel within the region and occasional travel across Canada.
Function
The Regional Broker Engagement Specialist serves as an important conduit between members and CREA, gathering market intelligence, identifying emerging trends and opportunities, and providing member feedback to support continuous improvement and future product development. They are responsible for maintaining business relationships with broker owners and managers and providing information sessions virtually and on site about CREA and REALTOR.ca products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management and Member Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker owners, managers, team leaders, and agents.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for brokerages regarding CREA and REALTOR.ca products, services, and initiatives.

Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to strengthen CREA’s presence within the brokerage community.

Identify opportunities to increase member engagement and awareness of CREA programs and services.

Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage business needs and industry trends.
Product Awareness and Adoption

Promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of CREA and REALTOR.ca products and services.

Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, workshops, and training sessions to brokerages and REALTORS®.

Communicate product enhancements, new initiatives, and organizational updates in a clear and meaningful manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and member adoption strategies.

Identify barriers to product adoption and provide recommendations to improve member engagement.
Member Insights and Strategic Feedback

Gather member feedback regarding CREA products, services, and programs.

Identify emerging issues, opportunities, and trends impacting REALTORS® and brokerages.

Provide regular reporting and insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Act as a voice of the member by sharing field intelligence with internal stakeholders.
Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of brokerage interactions, engagement activities, and follow-up actions using Salesforce.

Track engagement metrics and provide regular reporting on outreach activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
-
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Adult Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience delivering presentations or facilitating training in classroom, conference, or webinar settings.

Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
Technical Skills

Ability to produce or coordinate the development of training materials and documentation, including PowerPoint presentations.

Familiarity with online training platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Travel

Moderate travel, as required.
