Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-testing and assist patients throughout their visit.

Handle administrative tasks, including reconciliations, scheduling, appointment bookings, and ordering supplies.

Deliver excellent customer service while supporting doctors and the clinical team.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in an optometric practice.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Comfort working with patients and clinical technology.
